The administration panel of AJAXed WordPress didn’t work correctly in IE and would report an error when someone attempted to change screens. Sorry about this, and version 1.11.1 fixes this. This only effects administrators and does not effect users, so you don’t need to worry about it if you only use Firefox.

The following is the 1.11.1 changelog.

1. AWP Admin: Fix — Fixed IE bug that made it impossible to switch screens in the admin panel.
2. Inline Posts: Fix — Fixed PHP 5 bug with do_action(’awp_post’);.
3. AWP Core: Fix — Fixed misspelling and a few untranslatable phrases. Props. momo-i.
4. Live Preview, Quicktags, Preview Comment: Fix — Fixed bug when no suffix is used on comment form.

I had to do something to commemorate the once-every-four-years event that is today. Therefore, Version 1.11 of AJAXed WordPress introduces support for WP 2.5 (still in development), better handling of child comments when parents are deleted, integration with WP AJAX Edit Comments, smooth scrolling, a more usable Administration panel, and more.

1. AWP Core: Feature — Scrolling method is now configurable. Choices are the new smooth scrolling, the older “bounce,” or no scrolling of any kind.
2. AWP Core: Feature — Default .po file has been added to the core. Feel free to translate it.
3. AWP Core: Fix — Fixed bug that would occur when people renamed aWP.php to awp.php
4. AWP Core: Feature — Deactivating and reactivating AWP no longer resets options.
5. AWP Admin: Feature — Admin panel was restructured to be more usable, and when saving the options or activating a module, it now “remembers” what page you were on.
6. AJAX Edit Comments: New Module — Integrates AWP with WP AJAX Edit Comments, so both may run at the same time with ALL features.
7. Inline Comments: Feature — Child comments no longer vanish when their parents are deleted.

After a round of bug fixes and updates we have a release day.

AJAXed WordPress combines AJAX and WordPress to extend the design and functionality of the interactive elements of any WordPress website.¹ Version 1.01 changes are minor and just fixed a couple tiny bugs from the .99992 release, but this marks the official move to the WordPress repositories and its own extend page. As of this release, aWP is considered stable and INAP is officially unsupported considered dead.

Future Posts Calendar displays future posts on the write post page and can also be used as a widget. Version 0.7 fixes a little JavaScript bugs which made it impossible to click on numbers in the month of January, several other tweaks, and it adds a “temperature gauge” by Flavio Jarabeck which allows you to see how many posts you have on a single day at a glance.
