I have the compatibility mode module enabled and the Lightbox compatibility option enabled. I’m using the WP Lightbox 2 plugin. If I access the page with the lightbox links directly Lightbox pops up correctly (http://www.djnightlife.com/wordpress/?page_id=38). But if I go to the home page (http://www.djnightlife.com/wordpress/) and navigate to Gallery and then click one of the albums, the images popup in a new window instead of a Lightbox. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

The lightbox script is only run a second or two after the page loads. This is to ensure that user’s with slower computers don’t find that their browser lags from all the JS.

You can open /modules/compatabilities.php and find and edit the “2000″ in the following line to force it to go faster, but any errors that result are not supported.
$actions[] = 'setTimeout("try{Lightbox.prototype.updateImageList()}catch(e){try{Lightbox.prototype.initialize()}catch(e){}}",2000);';
