At the very least, you must activate the Threaded Comments module, the default Comment Form module (this plugin requires that you use jQuery), and enable the “simple threaded comments” option.

For the most features, activate the Inline Comments Module, Threaded Comments Module, and Inline Comment Form module.

The following video demonstrates using Threaded Comments on the default Hemingway Theme.

I can hardly see the video. Too small. Also, if there is sound, I can’t hear it either. Thought I let you know.
