The Inline comment form is automatically added to pages that automatically use comments. For all other pages:

To display the Inline Comment Form on any page.

1. Open your theme’s index.php or archive.php file.
2. Find the WordPress loop. All edits will take place inside the loop.
3. Add <?php do_action('awp_commentform_link');?> where you want the show/hide add comment box link to appear.
4. Add <?php do_action('awp_commentform'); ?> where you want the ad comment box to appear when they are loaded
5. Save and Upload
6. Optionally repeat this for single.php, page.php, archives.php etc.
